I accidently signed up as a doctor rather than an agency, what can I do to switch my account to an agency?
Agencies must be signed up by a VisionRefer admin. Contact us at
vr@visionservealliance.org for assistance with registering your account.
I am not a VisionServe Alliance member, can I sign up to be a VisionRefer agency?
At this time only VisionServe alliance members can sign up as agencies on VisionRefer. For more information on becoming a VisionServe Alliance member, visit our website at

What if a referral I receive is looking for services we don’t provide?
Agencies can refer a client after receiving and contacting a referral from the VisionRefer website. See the agency instructional videos available in the FAQ for a demonstration on how to refer a client.
